TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND DEFINITIONS

Seller: Ewelina Dzienyńska Studio Projektowe, ul. Wacława Iwaszkiewicza 29, 32-406 Zakliczyn, Poland. VAT/NIP: PL6322042533. Contact: hello@plantcouture.shop.
Collectible Objects: All items offered in the store are collectible and design objects.
Technical Specification: Due to the experimental nature of 3D printing technology (FDM), visible layered structures, micro-holes, seam marks, and surface irregularities are intentional characteristics and do not constitute product defects.
Intended Use: Objects are intended for decorative and collectible purposes.
Intellectual Property: All product designs are the sole property of the Seller. Copying, reproduction, or commercial use of the designs is strictly prohibited.

2. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND PRICES

Prices: All prices are final (the Seller is VAT exempt under Art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act). Shipping: Worldwide.
Payments: Przelewy24 (online transfers) or traditional bank transfer. Payment deadline: 3 business days. Available payment methods include payment cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Processing Time: Products are made to order. Preparation time for shipment is up to 5 business days from the date the payment is credited.

3. DELIVERY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery: InPost, DPD. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
Force Majeure: Fulfillment times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: technical failures of the machinery park, power outages, logistical disruptions, or raw material shortages. The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
Export: For shipments outside the EU, the Buyer is fully responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.

4. LIABILITY

Limitation of Liability: The Seller shall not be liable for any damage to property (e.g., damage to furniture, floors) or plants resulting from leakage, improper use, or exposure of the object.
Installation and Display: The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the method of installation, suspension, or mounting of the object and for ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.
Consequential Damages: The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not include indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.

5. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS (WARRANTY)

Deadline: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The items must be sent back no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the decision.
Conditions: The product must be in its original, unused condition, showing no signs of use, and with all original stickers intact. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases specified in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. Specifically, products purchased during "SAMPLE SALE" are non-returnable.
Cost: The direct cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.

Refund: The Seller will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by the store. If a more expensive delivery method was chosen by the Buyer, the difference is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.The refund will be performed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees.
Warranty: The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (statutory warranty) for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding the goods will be processed within a 14-day timeframe.

6. USAGE AND CARE GUIDELINES (WARRANTY CONDITION)

Failure to comply with the following rules results in the voiding of the warranty and the exclusion of the Seller's liability:

Purpose: The object is a decorative cover. Do not plant directly in the object (a separate nursery pot with drainage is required).
Water: The cover is not a vase. Do not store standing water inside. After watering, ensure no water remains at the bottom of the cover.
Temperature: Maximum exposure 50°C. Keep away from heaters, direct intense sunlight, and hot vehicles.
Cleaning: Hand wash only (lukewarm water + cloth). Dishwasher use is prohibited.
