RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. RETURNS

  • Deadline: You have 14 days to return the products from the moment you or a designated third party physically receives them.

  • Procedure: To initiate a return, we recommend using our automated portal: https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/971dec93-9025-4a1f-9626-ed19abf85510. Alternatively, you can send a statement via email to hello@plantcouture.shop or by post to the address below.

  • Shipping: Pack the items securely. You can hand the package to a courier or drop it off at a shipping point.

  • Cost: The direct cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CONDITIONS

 

  • Conditions: You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. However, the Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to an in-store inspection).

  • Legal Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Art. 38 sec. 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

2. REFUND

  • Amount: We will refund the price of the goods plus the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by our store. If a more expensive delivery method was originally chosen, the difference is not refundable.

  • Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7 days, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive proof of postage. If using our returns portal, the status will be updated automatically as proof.

  • Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

 

2. COMPLAINTS

  • Warranty: The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (statutory warranty for consumers) for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Reporting: In case of defects, complaints should be sent to: hello@plantcouture.shop. The message must include a description of the defect, a photo of the damaged product, and the preferred resolution (refund or exchange). Processing time is 14 days.

3. USAGE AND CARE GUIDELINES

To ensure product durability and maintain the warranty, please follow these rules:

  • Intended Use: The product is a decorative cover. Do not plant directly into the cover. The plant must remain in a separate nursery pot with drainage holes.

  • Water: The cover is waterproof; however, it is not designed for constant water storage (e.g., as a vase). After watering the plant, ensure that no standing water remains at the bottom of the cover.

  • Temperature: The maximum allowable exposure temperature is 50°C. Exceeding this temperature (e.g., proximity to a heater, exposure to direct, intense sunlight on hot days, or leaving it in a hot car) may cause permanent deformation of the material.

  • Cleaning: The product is not dishwasher safe. Clean only by hand using a damp cloth and lukewarm water. Do not use strong chemical detergents.
